Founder of the firm with over 30 years of experience in practice. He specialises in handling complicated tax disputes, providing advisory services on domestic and cross-border investments, and merger and acquisitions. He started his career as Advocate in the Trivandrum District Courts where he practiced Civil Law for a few months. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1992 and went on to become an Information Systems Auditor by passing the post qualification examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and became a Certified Professional Director from the Commonwealth Association of Corporate Governance. He also holds a Master's in Law majoring in Alternate Dispute Resolution.
