Saumya earned a bachelor's degree in commerce from Mahatma Gandhi University in 2008. Having successfully qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2020, she joined our firm in 2021 as a Senior Audit Manager. She swiftly progressed and was appointed as a partner in 2023.With her extensive expertise, Saumya specialises in various areas, including Income Tax, Company Incorporation, foreign investments, and Corporate Compliance. She is also an expert in operational aspects of companies, along with reporting and filing obligations under different statutes such as Income Tax, TDS, GST and the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).
