Harish Parameswaran was Founder Director and second employee of UST (formerly US Software, later US Technologies) founded in 1999. Harish was also the Founder, Managing Director and CEO of TestHouse India Pvt. Ltd. He has served different bilateral (Netherlands, and Denmark) government projects as well as multilateral agencies including UNICEF, and UNDP World Bank, for 13 years. Harish is currently associated with RKA as a HR Consultant. He is also working with the team in setting up a Skill Development Academy to help young graduates succeed in their careers.
